What stays on your device

Your imported full chat is held in the current tab for local statistics. We do not save the full export on our server. Closing the tab clears that in-memory copy. Monthly statistics and names may be stored in this browser; clear this site's browser data to remove those summaries.

When you choose AI

After you agree, selected messages, names and any selected recording frames are sent through our server to OpenAI. We disable optional stored API responses. OpenAI processes requests under its own data-handling policies. Only upload conversations you have permission to use.

Saved results and deletion

Free AI results expire after one hour and are removed during the next cleanup. Paid AI results, including quoted messages, are saved privately so you can restore the same export without paying again. Use Delete saved AI results on the report's last card to remove them. Payment records and your entitlement remain separate. Regeneration after deletion uses the daily allowance.

Guest trials

Personal AI can be tried without an account. A secure browser cookie identifies your trial for up to 24 hours. Trial results expire after one hour and are removed during the next cleanup. We temporarily count requests against a hashed network address to limit misuse. Guest trials cannot access other users' reports, purchases or private online rooms.

Accounts, friends and payments

Sign-in identifies the owner of saved results and purchases. Social profiles become discoverable only when you choose to make them public. Online room messages and case evidence are saved for the relevant participants. Stripe handles checkout details; Chat Court keeps payment identifiers and purchase status, not card numbers.
